Each of the villa's 4 spacious bedrooms is elegantly and comfortably designed. Adjacent to our villa is Villa Nes 2, which has the same features and capacity, making the two villas an excellent choice for large families or groups of friends. Accommodating up to 16 people in total, these villas are perfect for groups who want to spend quality time together while enjoying their own private spaces.

Living Room: Equipped with a seating group, air conditioning, LCD TV, coffee table, and satellite receiver. The pool terrace is directly accessible from the living room.

Kitchen: The modern American-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, 4-burner stove, and kettle. It also features an 8-person dining table, dinnerware sets, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses.

Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in is at 4:00 PM. For villas that are ready earlier, you may check in with the owner's permission. Check-out is at 10:00 AM, during which time villa cleaning, linen changes, garden, and pool maintenance are carried out.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered thoroughly cleaned. General cleaning is provided weekly. Additional cleaning requests can be arranged for an extra fee through the villa staff or owner. For stays of 5 nights or less, an additional cleaning fee of 3,500 TL is required.

Internet: The villa offers wireless internet access. Due to the area's internet infrastructure, occasional interruptions may occur. Basic tasks like emails and browsing are usually unaffected, but streaming or large downloads may experience disruptions.

General Notes: Villas in nature-rich areas may occasionally encounter insects like butterflies and bugs despite regular pest control.

Daily Pool Maintenance: To ensure health and safety, pool maintenance is performed daily between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM. This includes garden watering and trash collection. For villas with heated indoor pools, cleaning is done through an automated chlorination system.
