Located in Bodrum's Yalıkavak area, our rental summer villa is nestled within a natural setting, away from dense settlements, surrounded by a landscaped 1000 m2 garden with grass and a private pool.

To cater to your Bodrum vacation needs, the villa comprises 4 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and 3 bathrooms, accommodating a total of 8 people.

On the ground floor, you'll find a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds, the other with a double bed), a shared bathroom, pool, and garden.

The upper floor features a master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.

The fourth bedroom of our rental summer villa is located independently in the garden area. This room includes air conditioning, a bathroom, and a small kitchenette.

All rooms of our rental summer villa are equipped with air conditioning, and the private pool measures 65 m2 in size. Additionally, there is parking space for 2 cars and a generator at the rear of the villa.

Furthermore, our summer villa is approximately 5 km from Yalıkavak center and 20 km from Bodrum center.

Note: Weekly electricity usage up to 300 Kw is included in the price. Additional usage will be charged based on Aydem's rates.
